This film was part of a series to help prostate cancer patients understand the process of the STAMPEDE cancer trials. The films were commissioned by the Medical Research Council’s Clinical Trails Unit which is now part of the Universirty of London (UCL.)

STAMPEDE is a mult-arm trial which helps speed up the trials process to get patients new gold standard treatments faster.

1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during their lifetime.

Filmed with the help of staff and patients at Birmingham’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital  with interviews and narration by the MRC CTU’s Annabelle South.
